'Songs From The Shows' hit the headlines in May 2006 with a spectacular line-up of singing talent to delight your ears!

There were three performances in May including a matinee, so there was plenty of opportunity to hear a wonderful performance by local talent, some from NewSong and many more from the local community. Maggie Bishton, the producer of 'Songs From The Shows' says that this, the second event staged by the NewSong Inspirations Community Arts Group, would be quite different to their first performance, the Christmas Musical, 'Word on The Street' and it certainly was!

Rehearsals were held at 7.30pm each Sunday evening from before Christmas until the final 'Curtain Up' call in May. The rehearsal venue was, as usual, NewSong Community Church in Broad Street, Bromsgrove.
